Anna Caldwell
Biography
Anna Caldwell is a sound healing facilitator, yoga teacher, and adventure guide based in Mallorca, Spain. She leads sound circles, immersive retreats, and professional trainings both locally and internationally. For nearly a decade, alongside her work in sound, Anna has also worked as an outdoor adventure guide across Europe, South America, and Asia — work she sees as deeply connected, the outer landscape mirroring the inner one she guides people through with sound.
Anna has been drawn to sound since a young age, playing piano and brass instruments as a child. It was in her adolescence through a deepening spiritual journey, that sound revealed itself in new ways. Sound and music became a foundational practice for exploring consciousness and a powerful tool for somatic integration and healing.
Nearly ten years ago she began formal training in sound ceremony and facilitation. She works with crystal bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments to create spaces where people can deeply rest, restore, and navigate the depths of their own mind and consciousness. Her work draws on training across multiple disciplines (Kundalini, Yin, Vinyasa, sound therapy, and meditation) rooted in both the science and the spirit of these practices. She is passionate about the intersection of modern science and spiritual traditions and weaves this throughout her work. She continues to work out of Mallorca where she offers sound healing trainings, events and adventure trips.
