Elisa Kimmel
Biography
Elisa is a sound healing practitioner and yoga teacher from Germany, with a background in classical music education as a violinist and singer/ songwriter. Music has been an essential part of her life from an early age, shaping her interest in understanding sound as a transformative tool. In 2024, she co-founded Spirit of Sol together with her husband — a dedicated space for Sound Healing experiences that combine sound journeys with yoga, ceremonial cacao, singing circles, and offering professional trainings. Elisa‘s work fuses deep musical understanding with a holistic approach to the human body, holding space with sensitivity to both the nervous system and the energetic body. She is proud to be part of the Sonic Energy community and honored to give expression to high-quality and beautiful instruments through her music and her work in sound healing.
